There are two steps to get set up to work with IPG.

  • Fill out our contract agreement


  • Upload paperwork

Before you begin

We will need the following information so have it ready before you begin.

 

  • Tax id number
  • Your appraisal license and the license for each appraiser who will provide services for assigned task. 
  • Resumes of key personnel
  • Proof of general liability insurance 
  • Workers compensation if you have it
  • Proof of auto insurance 
  • Drivers license 

1. Complete the contractor agreement


Our contractor agreement is a PDF document you can fill out online. You will need many of the numbers and documents you needed for step one to complete this step.

2. Upload Six or Seven Documents


We need six or seven documents depending on if you carry workers compensation insurance or not. 

Resumes shall include relevant qualifications, including advanced degrees, relevant professional awards/certifications, and work experience (including breadth, diversity, and number of years). Provide detailed qualification statements for key personnel that will work on this engagement and describe the correlation of their qualifications to the objectives/requirements of this task.

Next Steps

Once you have completed your contractor agreement and uploaded your paperwork, you will be provided the complete statement of work for your area. 

Remember, there is a fast approaching deadline with each bid so complete the requested information before or by the deadline date or we will miss this opportunity.
