There are two steps to get set up to work with IPG.
- Fill out our contract agreement
- Upload paperwork
Before you begin
We will need the following information so have it ready before you begin.
- Tax id number
- Your appraisal license and the license for each appraiser who will provide services for assigned task.
- Resumes of key personnel
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Workers compensation if you have it
- Proof of auto insurance
- Drivers license
1. Complete the contractor agreement
Our contractor agreement is a PDF document you can fill out online. You will need many of the numbers and documents you needed for step one to complete this step.
2. Upload Six or Seven Documents

- Photocopy of Appraisal License and each appraiser who will provide services for assigned task.
- Provide resumes of key personnel on the appraisal review teams.
- Photocopy of your drivers license
- Completed W9
- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance (or sign the waiver in the contractor agreement)
Next Steps
Once you have completed your contractor agreement and uploaded your paperwork, you will be provided the complete statement of work for your area.
Remember, there is a fast approaching deadline with each bid so complete the requested information before or by the deadline date or we will miss this opportunity.
